What is the support option in the navigation rail of the portal for?

Is it simply to supply links to access support? It is grayed out for me.

It provides support contact information, link to troubleshooting steps, and our help documentation.

Troubleshooting and help documentation can be accessed from Digital Publishing Solution Learn & Support without having to go through that page.

If you need support contact information, contact your account's Master Admin. The Master Admin has access to the Support section in the portal.
