using ios native functionality[recording, accessing gallery ] through opening website opening inappbrowser

i want to open a website inside the app using inappbrowser plugin, now the website have 2 buttons- access photo, voice recording of native ios. how will i call these native functionality as i'm calling both things from website which is open in inappbrowser.
