Side Margins make layout move around when scrolling

Ive noticed when adding side margins to my layout, scrolling up and down the layout seems to move around. Taking away the side margins the scrolling acts locked and doesn't move around from side to side when scrolling up and down. Is this just something in the program?

Hi,

Can you provide us with some screenshots with the moving side-margins? E.g. in the position before they moved and the position when they are moved?

What platform do you see this on? What are the exact settings used for the layout (side-margins, top-margin, gutters, number of columns?).

This could help us further narrow down the problem.
