Interactive PDF from DPS files?

I'm working on an iPad app and the client wants to convert the DPS files to an interactive PDF that will retain the functionality of the DPS files. What is the best way to create an interactive PDF using files that have been created as DPS files and that contain Multi-state objects and Scrollable frames? Thanks

None of that is supported in PDF.

A fixed layout EPUB would be the only possible way to keep most of the interactivity.
