I have DPT installed in our WordPress setup but it's not working, as in:
- Unable to preview an article, it's blank and the iframe does not contain a URL
- Unable to generate a proper zip file when downloading.
- Unable to push the .article file to AEM Mobile (Error: Unable to parse the manifest file. [IN014])
I've read about how file/server permissions could be the culprit. It also uses the /tmp directory.
We are in a shared hosting and our provider does not provide access to the /tmp directory and does not display errors so it's hard to debug. I modified the plugin to use a directory that we can write to instead of /tmp but the issues still exist.
Can anyone share what directory it needs access to or how to get the plugin to work properly?
