AuthToken binding

Hi all,

I've got an app with entitlement, using an identity provider. I'm successfully logging in but seeing different experiences between my web viewer and iOS app.

On iOS, I successfully login and after a few seconds, the app logs itself out.

Web viewer works correctly.

The IdP is Gigya.

I'm at a loss of how to trouble shoot this as I'm not seeing any server activity when the logout occurs. Additionally, when I attempt log back in, the IdP thinks the auth token is still valid and just pushes me back into the application.

There are several possible issues that could be causing the iOS app to log itself out. If you would like more assistance troubleshooting this issue I encourage you to contact Gigya Support by either creating a case in our support portal or by sending an email to support@gigya-inc.com. Once we receive the case one of our support engineers will reach out to you as soon as possible.
