AEM Signing Tool UI Launch Fail

Signing tool  launched but does not display UI. I have reinstalled, restarted CPU and still nothing.

MAC: 10.12.6

AEM Signing Tool: 2018.1 (release.2018.1-5)

X-Code: 9.2
