AEM Preflight is frozen

Hi everyone

My preflight has been frozen since this morning and I'm not sure why?

I've tried everything (Quit program. refreshed, logged out) and still nothing.

It happen to this project only. Others seem normal. Refer screenshot below.

Please help. I need to settle this ASAP

It's not a global issue. If the problem persists, contact Support. Contact information appears when you use a Master Admin account to sign in to the Portal.
