Support to choose multiple participants and multiple groups in custom Dynamic Participant Step

Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary:	In a custom  ParticipantStepChooser, getParticipant()'s method return type is currently String, which means we can only return a group or a participant in the method. A provision to return multiple groups or multiple participants would be more convenient.
