Show environment name and color background in ui header

Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Show environment name in Author web ui and colorize background
Use-case: We have multiple "Development" environments and it is easy to confuse them in browser windows because they only differ in the URL (e.g. https://author-p123XXX-e456YYY.adobeaemcloud.com/ui ) but not visually. It would be very helpful to have a more visual difference in the ui header by default
Current/Experienced Behavior: All Development authors show the same green "dev" icon
Improved/Expected Behavior: Author UI should show the environment name in addition to type (dev/stage/prod), e.g.:
Environments.jpg

UI should color the background of the left section of the header according to the environment name (e.g. automatically with a RGB hash calculated from the name, or configurable in the environment settings).
