Move the "Relate" Function to the Function Bar

Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary:	As a user, I prefer to see a “relate” function at the top ribbon for ease of use.
Use-case:	When working with assets, have the ability to access the "relate" function from the top ribbon
Current/Experienced Behavior:	The "relate" function can only be accessed from the ellipse on the properties screen when working with an asset
Improved/Expected Behavior:	The "relate" function will be moved to a more prominent place on the top ribbon

I concur that having this option in the asset details ribbon would bring consistency with the other options
