Which is proper privilege for replication agent in order to activate a user

Hello team, 

I am to replace admin user in replication agent(default agent on author) due to security policy issue.

I've created a user then put the user on administrators group.

Now I thought the user has proper privilege for replication. 

Publishing contents operation was successful with the user.

However for "user activation" which means replicate a newly created user to publish instance, failed due to denied permission.

I should use another user but admin for replication agent.

Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Replication filters out few things like acl, password etc..

Need to Go to publish instance & assign the user to admin group  Or create a package of the new user & activate it.  After that you can use that in replication agent.
