There have been discussions in LiveCycle(archived) regarding signature fields and form validations which have either a button overlay solution or the requirement to click twice during signing if requirements are not met. I have such a form which requires a second click if the form is missing field values.
Wondering if anyone here has solved this issue either by exiting out of the script if conditions are not met or passing on the entering of the field from a button overlay which changes visibility onClick and carries the validation script?
All comments are welcome, from what I have seen there does not appear to be an elegant solution for the user to click once change focus to the requirement field and once met continue the signature placement popup presented to the user automatically.
