How to Reader extend a PDF in AEM?

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me where and what changes I make to render my pdf form as reader extended by using below url

http://localhost:4502/content/xfaforms/profiles/default.html?contentRoot=crx:///content/dam/formsand...
