guideDropdown special chars

Hello together

I'm Using, Adobe CQ 6.1, with Forms extension.

When I use the guideDropdown and fill it with my entries that has specialchars, it's no problem to save them. There is no error.

But if you call the Formular via Dispatcher, the request fails because of the special chars.

So my example.

I add --> {doesnt work "because of the special chars"}

This works on author and on publisher but not on dispatcher. The reason is the JSON is corrupt because of the double quotes, that makes sense.

But how can I escape them when my Formular is sending to the backend?

Or is this a bug that I should report?
