Bootstrap Error - ALC-TTN-109-000 - During configuration manager database initialization

Hi All,

Facing Bootstrap exception while AEM 6.5 setup during configuration manager database initialization step with error code - ALC-TTN-109-000.

We have 1master and 8 slave nodes, windows 2016 server, Jboss JEE with Mssql DB.

Any leads is appreciated.
