Hi, @pratikba
I think you should first go to the documentation. You have a lot of questions, and I don't have too much context.
After you check the docu, if you still have a specific question, let us know, but, for now, I feel like you need to start with the connection part and then, continue with more complex questions.

I don’t think XFA support comes out of the box anymore, at least not in the way it used to. Adobe has been moving most workflows toward adaptive forms instead of XFA.
That said, if your app really needs to process or fill XFA forms, you’d want to reach out to Adobe sales for an AEM Forms license because it’s not something included in the regular Creative Cloud plans. They can set you up with the right subscription tier.
On the technical side, you can integrate AEM Forms with your app via the APIs to render forms, handle submissions, and manage data, but if it’s strictly XFA, you’ll likely run into limitations and might need to convert them first. Adobe has documentation on migration from XFA to adaptive forms that’s worth checking out too.
If you’re just starting, I’d suggest clarifying with Adobe support which exact features are included in the AEM Forms plan, so you don’t get stuck later.
