I need to build mobile app from existing aem site. Please provide the steps in detail, I dint find any proper supportive documents. Please help me to proceed.

Per my knowledge, this is a licensed cloud service and would work only if you're using your enterprise id and your org. has procured the service.

You should talk to your account manager - looks like a lic issue.
