Adobe Dynamic Media Classic cannot log in

I have downloaded Dynamic Media Classic desktop app

I did not use silent install. Just regular install.

I have an Adobe account.

I have tried making a new Adobe account.

No luck.

Please help me as this is the last step before getting a large customer. I have been lost on this for awhile.
