help-develop module screen filmstrip is cropped and cant access rating options?

Please check out my screen shot of my current develop module view ... see how the film strip is cropped ... compared to the view screen shot from the adobe develop module tutorials page. I have searched everywhere and cant find why this is occurring and cant correct it.

This is a known issue Lightroom: Filmstrip is covering / overlapping filter- and breadcrumb bar | Photoshop Family Custome... and we are working on it.
