i'm a relatively new user to adobe and am trying to expand my skillset by improving communications with my audienc. in doing so, i am trying to convert a powerpoint presentation with video linked to youtube to a pdf document. when i try saving as pdf, just a black box appears in the document. can anyone advise as to how this can be done properly? i must have done one of the steps wrong. note: i am a relatively new user to powerpoint as well, so i'm unfamiliar with the how-to's of that as well. thanks in advance for any advice.
