Contact Sheets from Elements 12 - Mac

I am unable to create contact sheets from Photoshop Elements 12 since installation on Mac . Due to  a "program error". 

Please advise.

There appears to be 2 ways to create a Contact Sheet: 1) File>Contact Sheet II or 2) Print>Add Files. Neither of these 2 methods work on Elements 14. Why>
