Okay, I obviously have an older photoshop elements software but I really like it but, I tried to sign in with my recently made Adobe ID in the software because when you open it, it has that option. When I attempt to sign in, passcode or username is not the issue, it will not let me and it says "Photoshop.com services are not available right now." I also would like to get this software and move it or copy to my laptop computer because it is on my desktop computer currently. Both are products of Apple. If anyone knows any answers to these problems that would be fantastic!
