I became an adobe Certified reseller, I do have access to adobe reseller console, CLP and VIP access, LWS as well.
Now the thing is I am getting calls from customers and I don't know how to serve them, As I cannot find anything in adobe community/customer support that could help me in regard.
I have made them sign up, by inviting them through reseller console. They signed up and have gave the order for adobe illustrator, Now it is moved to the pending request. (pending and overdue authorizations)
It says "Please place an order through your standard ordering mechanism for PO number ************** "
Now what I want to know is how can I see the pricing of the products? How can I purchase on the behalf of my customer? How can they start working.
