MCORG-ID Retrieval Help

Hi,

I have taken over a SC Implementation project from a departed employee and the documentation that was left is minimal at best.  I know I need my MCORG-ID to configure the VisitorID so that the data from my tags can be sent to SC, but I can't find it in any of the documents I have.

I read that an Adobe Customer Care representative can help me, but every time I click the "Customer Care" button under the help menu I am redirected to my SC login, and then sent back to my reporting dashboard.  Can someone please provide me with a phone number or email address of an Adobe Rep so that I can get this sorted out?

Hi Adam,

Have you checked the documentation listed on this page . In case you are not an admin for this account you can ask the admin to follow the steps listed to get you the Marketing Cloud Organization ID.
