Introducing the Experience Cloud Admin Tool!

Employee

We're excited to launch a new tool to help Experience Cloud admins view a searchable, sortable, and filterable list of all Experience Cloud users within the organization. Additionally, each user detail page contains important information about a user’s product access, roles, and last login time.

In this initial release, the Admin Tool has 2 main views:

User List: A complete list of all users with access to Experience Cloud in your organization, with information about solution entitlement and last login. Search, sort, and filter abilities will provide custom views of the user list.  Export the list for further filtering, sorting, or processing.

User Details: A detailed view of each user displays important information about the user’s solution access, product profile membership, admin and product roles, and last login date.

We hope this tool will provide a useful way to understand your users' access to Experience Cloud solutions via product profiles and group membership.  We look forward to releasing more features to expand the tool for views into product profiles and user groups.

If you are a system admin in your Experience Cloud org, you can use the tool by clicking on the "Admin audit" icon in the Experience Cloud home page, or by replacing "/home" in the URL with "/admin"

Hi Ryan, we are trying to use this tool for last login, but it's reflecting wrong data. I login to most experience cloud products on daily basis but its showing my last login as Feb 13.

This is awesome @Ryan_Monger but how about all the login times for users. Is it possible to view that?

Ryan, is there a better solution to use as a determining factor to remove inactives? The below message says this shouldn't be used for this purpose, but I can't find the documentation link anywhere to see why.

Does anything OOTB provide this?

Or must we resort to a customization like the below:

  1. https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/user-last-login-date-and-n...
  2. https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/adobe-experience-manager-r...
  3. https://medium.com/tech-learnings/adobe-experience-manager-reporting-on-users-last-login-date-e20350...

To be clear, all we need to do is have a manual purge of anyone who has not logged in to AEM Prod/Author or AEM Prod/Publish after a specified amount of time.
