How to generate a certificate signing request (CSR) in Adobe

Avatar

We are setting up a new domain and I need to generate a certificate signing request (CSR) so that I can request an SSL cert in Digicert.

We are using Experience Manager as a Cloud service.   Adding new domain to Cloud Manager.

Hi

Did you try these steps given in Adobe documentation

  1. Log in to the Adobe Admin Console and navigate to the AEM as a Cloud Service instance.
  2. Click on the instance to open the details page.
  3. On the details page, click on the "Add Domain" button.
  4. Enter the domain name for which you want to generate the CSR.
  5. Click on the "Generate CSR" button.
  6. Fill in the required details such as the organization name, country, state, and city.
  7. Click on the "Generate CSR" button again to generate the CSR.
  8. Download the generated CSR file.

Once you have generated the CSR, you can provide it to a Certificate Authority (CA) to obtain an SSL certificate for your domain. Once you receive the SSL certificate from the CA, you can upload it to AEM as a Cloud Service instance using the Adobe Admin Console to secure your domain.
