How do you enable marketing channels for a specific report suite?

Trying to access Marketing Channels for a particular report suite results in this error:

The following report suites do not have the channel reporting feature enabled:

Please contact your customer support representative to enable this feature or change your selected report suites.

Hi Anne,

If the suite doesn't have marketing channels enabled you will want to contact support. They are able to turn it on from the backend. If you are a supported user you can access support within Analytics by going to Help > Customer Care > Live Chat (or you can submit an email ticket here). If you are not a supported user, one of the supported users in your company can submit the request. In your request include the list of suites that need Marketing Channels enabled.

Hi Anne,

If the suite doesn't have marketing channels enabled you will want to contact support. They are able to turn it on from the backend. If you are a supported user you can access support within Analytics by going to Help > Customer Care > Live Chat (or you can submit an email ticket here). If you are not a supported user, one of the supported users in your company can submit the request. In your request include the list of suites that need Marketing Channels enabled.

It's a really quick update to the suite. Resolution time would depend on the number of RSID's in the request, but it should be resolved fairly quickly as long as the report suite ID's are valid.

Not a problem. Yes, a current supported user can submit a ticket to Customer Care to request to add you as a supported user. Hope that helps.
