Got email with subject [Action Required] Your integrations using Service Account (JWT) credentials will need to migrate

Hi,

 

I got an email with subject "[Action Required] Your integrations using Service Account (JWT) credentials will need to migrate" to ex staff member account. I wanted to check if he finished it and if so what web apps are using it. I don't see any web apps calling it (but it seems to only go back 6 months) and "Last Service Activity" also shows "None Recorded". I tried contacting Adobe support and they told me to post here. Help please.
