Implementations are very critical to the success of any platform strategy. A lot of tech roadblocks arise due to gaps in implementation and integrations.

Let’s Talk Implementation is a series that will expose you to the different way in which our customers are realizing value from their tools through proper implementation.

Here is a case from a retail client from the US

Our client wanted help in configuring the Campaign Message Center to:

  • Increase customization/ personalization
  • Enable responsive & timely marketing communications
  • Create a global approach to email marketing
  • Set up reusable, automated processes

Our recommendation was centered around their data strategy, these include:

  • Building data ingestion & input mechanism for data elements (custom & business specific)
  • Building ‘ETL’ for data sources
  • Integrating Adobe Analytics to address ‘cart abandonment’: Utilize Genesis connector to absorb data in form of segments based on user behavior after an email campaign.
  • Running tests during UAT phase to check for issues.

The implementation helped our client maximize their digital marketing efforts.

Building on our experiences with similar clients, we have created the Adobe Campaign implementation guides that serve as a one-stop shop for all implementation needs.
