Invalid table name error in database cleanup workflow

Hi Team

We are getting below error just after cleaning proposition  through database cleanup workflow. Its showing invalid table name. Earlier It was running fine.

I have checked in the logs too but din't get anything, which table it is pointing. Its showing blank after delete from.
