How to integrate external form with Adobe Campaign standard

Hi I've been looking for a direct answer to this question above. How do I post the form data from external website (Not built by AEM) to Adobe Campaign?

What's the easiest way to do it e.g. using just PostURL and hidden fields of the form name and instance id?

Also, there isn't any information about form creation on Adobe campaign standard? How do I create a form with an autoresponder?
