Can some one explain with one small example how ACS Fatigue typlogy rule works based on what conditions.
I have tried to create a new fatigue typology rule to exclude targets who already target for the same day. When I was trying to trigger delivery with that new typlogy it was not getting applied the conditions. When I observed the contact Date value is populating with undefined.
Is this known issue of ACS or something I need to set the deliveries configurations currently.
Currently we use ACS version -Adobe Campaign v18.5 build 10472.
Any help or inputs are most appreciated.
