Cron job to run neolane Services on Unix box and check if the process is stuck

Hi Team,

Kindly guide me in writing Cron Job to run neolane services on Unix box and also to intimate if the process got stuck. We are using putty here.

Adobe campaign is version 6 as of now,being upgraded to version 7.
