API Integration in Email Template

Hi Guys

I have similar requirement.

I would like to know if API is available for following

a) Preview email Template built with-in AC by an 3rd party application via API call?

b) Select email template from 3rd party application , and publish it to AC , so AC could send email on selected template.

Little urgent on need for details, can you please revert.
