Adobe Campaign Documentation - Latest Updates - March 2017

Here is an overview of the latest changes made to documentation. Documentation is updated for each product release. These updates are not limited to new features and enhancements. You can also find:

  • New examples
  • More detailed information on commonly used features
  • New technical resources and troubleshooting documents for existing features
  • Terminology and hierarchy updates to make content easier to find
  • Etc.

Use this thread to discuss these changes and let us know what you would like to see in future releases of the documentation.

 

Adobe Campaign Standard

Besides new features materials, you can find two new examples about Triggers integration with Campaign as well as new examples of workflows using the External Signal and Read Audience activities. In addition, the API documentation as been redesigned and enriched with new information and code snippets.

Adobe Campaign v7

Adobe Campaign v7 is a new major version of Adobe Campaign Classic and replaces the v6 version. To support this version, a new documentation portal dedicated to v7 has been created. You can access the home page of this portal here. Several major improvements have been introduced, including workflow best practices for importing data, new information about deliverability, technical article about the integration with Triggers, more detailed information on errors specific to SMS messages, etc.
