Understanding schema symbols

Avatar

Level 2

Hi

We have a bunch of tables. When I check the recipient (it can be for any other table as well) - I am not able to understand the difference between tables linked and marked in blue sold circle vs tables linked and marked in open or empty blue circle. Ex: Difference between Additional Data and Country.

Ex: Is there a convention which Adobe Campaign is following here as both Country and Additional Data tables are indicated differently. Please help.

Hi chetan4664,

It represents cardinality.

Solid Circle means 1 to 1 where the target exists.

Country on the other hands is 1 to 1 relation but Country field can be empty.

in addition to Vipul,

Solid Circle means 1 to 1 where the target exists.

Country on the other hands is 1 to 1 relation with external join attribute set to true.
