Unable to read data coming from form-signup on a website in Adobe Campaign

Hi Adobe Forum,

We have created two email fields. primary email and secondary email in Adobe Campaign.

Whenever a user fills the form, we have to check the email address entered, exists either in primary or secondary email field.

and if it exists, data needs to be updated in the ACC database or create a new user if the address does not exist.

We created a JSSP page and integrated it with website and the data is coming from signup activity. we are unable to get the required result.

is there a way to achieve this?
