


Hello everyone,
due to the recent global meltdown of SFDC we have few rejected leads because the SFDC lead export technical workflow was automatically suspended during the crash period. How do we make sure that these rejected leads can be sent to SFDC now that SFDC is working again?
Please advice.

Hi,
Find the most recent valid lead record and set the date in each of your 'automatic index' options (found in each CRM connector activity's settings) to the record's modification date. Once all options are rewound, rerun your sfdc import workflow(s).
