[Control Panel | Latest Release] New monitoring features released for Campaign Control Panel
As part of the June 2020 Release for Campaign Control Panel, a new monitoring feature - Active Profiles Monitoring, was released.
Active Profiles Monitoring in Control Panel allows you to monitor the number of active profiles that are used by your instances and counted for billing purposes. To learn more about this functionality, please go through this documentation: Active Profiles Monitoring
Please note:
Active profiles monitoring from the Control Panel is available in beta, and subject to frequent updates and modifications without notice.
The feature is available to customers hosted on AWS from Campaign Standard 10368 build and Campaign Classic 8931 build. If you are using a previous build, you need to upgrade to use this feature.
Apart from this, two other monitoring features were also released as part of the April 2020 Release:
- Database Space Monitoring
- Email Alerting
Database Space Monitoring allows you to view your database space utilization on-demand and over time. Read more about this functionality here: Database Space Monitoring

Email Alerting allows you to login to the Control Panel and sign up to receive real-time email alerts when your system is at risk of performance deterioration, or an action is required to ensure high performance for the future. Read more about this functionality here: Email Alerting
