Access Message Center data in Campaign

Is is possible to access the rtEvent.ctx data within a standard email campaign, provided we can match to a recipient?

For example, a customer registers a product, triggering the message center with the product name.  A month later, we want to send a rate/review email using the data that was referenced in the message center activity.

I'm unsure about this one but it should work just fine with a function triggered by getting a new record on the message center.
