WPP: Out of Memory error while creating survey web application

Hi all,

       While working on the survey Web App Page (v5 Compatibility). I am facing the popup error like OUT OF MEMORY. Could any one please help on this.

Hello @Manojan 

 

I am assuming you have other campaign or webApp open as well.

 

Close the other camapigns/workflows or webapps which you are not using and that will solve the issue.

For me, same error, same survey, but there were no other apps or workflows running.

When you add "Page (v5 Compatibility)" it is ok.

When you double-click to edit, the client console memory consumption shoots up.
If you close the item, memory returns to normal.

Reopen the item and the same happens.
If you spend too long editing you get the memory error.

On my laptop, initially there is 10 GB out of 16 GB available, nlclient.exe uses about 140,000 K

When editing "Page (v5 Compatibility)" nlclient.exe memory shoots up to about 1.5 GB and the memory error appears

When that happens, there is no recovery - the client must be killed.
