Use of List activity in Adobe Cmapaign Classic

Please help with steps to 

1)Create a list in Adobe Campaign Classic and use that list in Adobe Campaign

2)use a excel sheet and export that in Workflow using list activity , please help me with the stps to do this asap

I need to work on this requirement asap

Are you saying you need to create using Adobe Campaign Classic and you want to use that list in Adobe Campaign Standard?
