Is Adobe Experience launch is a middle ware between Mobile App and Adobe products ?

Hi,

I am trying to understand how AEP is working in between the Adobe products and Mobile App.

After each configuration setup in AEP and SDK in mobile app.

How the PII data and tracking data is collected ? & How the push notification triggered ?

PII data : From Mobile App --> Experience Launch --> Adobe Campaign

Tracking : From Mobile App --> Experience Launch --> Adobe Campaign

Sending Push : Adobe Campaign --> Mobile App

Anyone please tell me whether the above actions are correct or not ?
