Package import of workflow in ACC

Hi All,

I have one query

please helpppppppp

 

we are trying to import a workflow from UAT to Prod but the folders in these two env
have different names.

So how will you make changes so that it imports into correct PROD
folder.

Hi @dishasharma ,

Instead of having default folder's internal name (example, folder123), Best practice is to have custom internal name for the folders (example, indianRecipientFolder) which have to be same in all environment.

Or, temporary fix is by searching with the UAT folder name in package's XML file and modify it with PROD's folder name.

Hi @dishasharma ,

 

Please make sure the Internal names of Folders in Prod match with the Internal Names of Folders in lower Environments like UTA,Dev etc to avoid such errors during Importing to Prod.

 

To make the Changes, Please right click on the folder and click on Properties. You will get a window as shown below and here you need to change the Internal name in your UAT Environment.

 

 

 

Also, as @parthasarathy  suggested , Please follow the best practices in all the environments.
