Hi Folks,

Just want an understanding regarding the encryption utility on Adobe provided SFTP for on cloud solutions of adobe campaign classic.

So, below are the queries which I have:

1) What type needs to added on SFTP?

2) Is there any additional configuration which needs to be adobe campaign classic while importing or exporting the file from or on SFTP?

3) Is there any additional operation need to perform prior to the pushing file on SFTP from any external system?

any reference documents or suggestion in this is highly appreciated..

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Nitesh Anwani.

Hi,

Adobe SFTP is ordinary SFTP.

A user and empty directory is created somewhere on the server and shared.

Users whose IP's have been whitelisted can then log in with the user's credentials and exchange files with Campaign via the created directory.

Thanks,

-Jon
