Control group at the campaign level

Hello,

I would like to use a control group at the campaign level in order to apply it on every deliveries from the campaign.

I made a test but it does not work and I don't understand why. Below the steps followed:

1. Campaign creation: targeting + delivery

2. Delivery: in the "To" parameter the option "Do not enable the control group" is selected

3. In the campaign advanced parameters, the option "Enable and edit control group configuration" is checked and I used a random sampling

4. I run the workflow and there is no exclusion:

When I try to use the control group on the delivery level and not the campaign, it works as expected.

Is there something missing in my configuration in order to use the control group at the campaign level?
