ACC v8 whatsapp volumetric

Hi Everyone,

We are looking for ACC v8 integration with whatsapp. In this context, we are looking for some comparison between different 3rd party WA provider for bulk sending capability. In your experience:

a. Which 3rd party provides the bulk sending in seamless manner and how long did it take to complete the operation

b. Did you face any issue/ slippage in delivery of message due to the bulk nature of delivery?
Our target volume is ~ 40 mn/ day

The integration of Whatsapp Custom thing with ACC.

Directly with the API or using a third party (Twilio, for instance)
You can use the mobile delivery activity and then assign an external account that manages the Twilio WhatsApp with the JavaScript library.

Once the integration is done, there will be a need to check bulk responses because, on a one-to-one basis, you will go far above the authorized Engine Call for the marketing instance or the mid-sourcing instance.

Looking at the volume of info you shared, I recommend using the file-sharing method, where you prepare a list of recipients who should receive this WhatsApp notification and share it with the vendor to send the message. 

 

Obviously, you will have to work with the vendor and client on what information you can share in the file.

 

If you are planning to hit the Whatsapp API from the campaign directly, then you might exhaust the engine call limit, which will also degrade your instance's performance. Check your engine call limit before working on this one.
