ACC V7 On-Prem to ACC V8 Migration

Hi 

We are looking for general information about ACC v7 on-prem upgrading to V8 (single hop). 

I would appreciate any insights, best practices, or resources related to ACC v7 On-Prem to V 8 migration. Are there any documentation, or recommended steps that can help us in this process?

Thanks for the thread, Akshay. 

I went through the thread, this approach looks like a 2-step process

1. Move the V7 marketing server from the on-prem server to the Adobe Managed cloud service.
2. Migrate V7 to V8 on Adobe Managed cloud server

However, we are looking for a single-hop migration from ACC v7 on-prem upgrading to V8.

Can you little bit explain how it is done in a single step?
