AAM to Bing Integration

Avatar

Level 1

Trying to send audiences from AAM to my Microsoft Ads/Bing account. Destination has been created and audiences have been distributed, but not seeing them in my Bing account. Wondering what step I am missing or I should look into.

We used the Segment ID for the audiences.

Do I need to manually create the audiences in Bing as well?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey @jarriesg

Please take a look at this Installation guide: https://express.adobe.com/page/V5KS0YwIwThLT/

And on a side note, this reference too: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-adobe-product-integrations/bing-adobe

Let me know if that helps, cheers!
